A young man ventures from Mexico to New York City on a quest to find his father, an undocumented immigrant working at the World Trade Center, and to learn his fate following the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. The family mourns the suspected loss of their patriarch; however, his son refuses to give up hope until the truth may be found.
