Mientras reflexiono sobre "Maléfica: Maestra del Mal" no puedo evitar pensar en todos los ingredientes clave que hacen de esta película un éxito, la colaboración de actores, equipo, escenógrafos, efectos especiales, maquillaje y vestuario.
Entonces está el director, Joachim Ronning, quien codirigió ‘Pirates of the Caribe 'y el fantástico arte musical de Geoff Zanelli, quien también escribió la música para ‘Piratas del Caribe, además de la increíble colaboración de este equipo, tienes a Angelina, el impecable retrato de Jolie de Maléfica. Ella irradia absolutamente en el papel tan bien como Michelle Pfeiffer como la malvada reina Ingrith y Elle Fanning como la princesa Aurora.

Finalmente, hay algunas escenas maravillosas en el sótano del castillo donde la reina Ingrith tiene un científico creando un arma para eliminar a todas las hadas.
En general, el elenco y el equipo de "Maléfica: Maestra del Mal" ha superado sí mismo.
Recomiendo mucho la película. Te reirás, llorarás y te sorprenderá disfraces y efectos especiales.

Kudos to Walt Disney Studios for a well produced sequel into the supernatural, ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’.
The plot thickens as the conflict between humans and faeries increases in the battle over the Moors. Will love and peace overcome this too familiar scene or will pure evil rule the day? This conflict also tests Maleficent and Princess Aurora’s relationship. As I reflect back on ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’
I can not help think about all the key ingredients that make this film a success, the collaboration of actors, crew, set designers, special effects, make-up, and costumes.
Then there is the director, Joachim Ronning, who co-directed ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ and the fantastic musical artistry of Geoff Zanelli who also penned the music for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean.
In addition to the amazing collaboration of this team you have Angelina Jolie’s impeccable portrayal of Maleficent. She absolutely radiates in the role as well as Michelle Pfeiffer as the wicked Queen Ingrith and Elle Fanning as the Princess Aurora.
Add to the mix the amazing male actors such as Chiwetel Ejiofor (Scar 2019 ‘Lion King’, Solomon Northrup ’12 Years A Slave’, writer, director, actor ‘The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind’ Netflix) takes the stage in ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ as the horned fairy Conall.
Chiwetel has amazing screen presence as Conall which could be partly a result of his theater experience especially as the lead in Shakespeare’s play ‘Othello’.
Actor Sam Riley does an outstanding job as Diaval, the raven/shapeshifter, Maleficent’s sidekick.
And then you have the comical pixies, Flittle played by Lesley Manville, Knotgrass played by Imelda Staunton, and Thistlewhit played by Juno Temple.
Finally, there are some wonderful scenes in the basement of the castle where Queen Ingrith has a scientist creating a weapon to wipe out the faeries. Overall, the ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ cast and crew has outdone itself.
I highly recommend the film. You will laugh, cry, and be awestruck by costumes and special effects.
I give this film 8/10.
