Hands Up

In Chicago, Black teen Jowann finds himself caught in a continuum of violence as Black Lives Matter protests consume the city. The at-risk teen suddenly finds himself grappling with loss when his cousin is fatally shot by a white officer, pushing Jowann to find a way out of his community before the bloodshed claims him as well.
