The Meddler

A widow named Marnie relocates to L.A. to be closer to her daughter Lori, a Hollywood screenwriter. While Lori frets about her mom's smothering ways, Marnie keeps getting involved in the lives of others in this charming comedy-drama: She dates an ex-cop, helps an Apple Store employee study for school and pays for a lesbian wedding.
