Crítica de The "Art of Racing in The Rain" en Cine.com

Si eres un amante de los perros tanto como yo, no  serás capaz de permanecer vulnerable al papel de Enzo, cuya voz es interpretado por el gran Kevin Costner. (Mira su último papel en‘Yellowstone’) . 'El arte de competir bajo la lluvia’ gira en torno a
la relación entre un aspirante a auto de carreras de Fórmula, Un conductor, Denny Swift, interpretado por Milo Ventimiglia ("This Is Us")
y su fiel perro, Enzo.

La película está basada en la novela de 2008 por Garth Stein. El guionista Mark Bomback hace un notable trabajo de adaptar la historia a la pantalla., además, Enzo hace la voz en la película que un éxito debido a una combinación de primera clase de escritura y la voz aparentemente creíble de Kevin Costner. 

El prestigioso ldirector de cine británico SimonCurtis  tiene una increíble fondo de teatro comparado a  ("David Copperfield", "Cranford") y la película ("Mi semana con Marilyn", "Mujer de oro") que también juega unpapel fundamental en hacer que esta película funcione.

Finalmente, siempre pienso que la música juega un papel pertinente en el cine, Dustin O'Halloran yVolker Bertelmann tomó algunas decisiones clave para estapelícula creando una banda sonora memorable (Treinta segundos a Marte,
Crosby, Stills y Nash). El zorro del siglo XX.

La producción ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ cuenta una conmovedora historia
sobre una familia joven y su perro dedicado, Enzo. Si usted tiene alguna vez uno, se preguntó qué podría estar pensando un perro? espere hasta que se encuentre a Enzo... Te reirás y llorarás, así que trae una caja de pañuelos¡...por si acaso!

And the Academy Award for best male actor goes to Enzo played by the golden retriever Parker in ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’.

If you are a dog lover as much as I am you will not be able to remain impervious to the role of Enzo whose voice is played by the great Kevin Costner. (Check out his latest role in ‘Yellowstone’) ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ revolves around the relationship between an aspiring Formula One race car driver, Denny Swift, played by Milo Ventimiglia (‘This Is Us’) and his faithful dog, Enzo. The film is based on the 2008 novel by Garth Stein.

Screenwriter Mark Bomback does a remarkable job of adapting the story to the screen. Furthermore, Enzo’s voice in the film is a success due to a combination of first class writing and Kevin Costner’s seemingly believable voice. Kudos to British Film Director Simon Curtis who has an amazing theatre background (‘David Copperfield’, ‘Cranford’) and film (‘My Week with Marilyn’, ‘Woman in Gold’) who also plays a pivotal role in making this film work.

Finally, I always think that music plays a pertinent role in film. Dustin O’Halloran and Volker Bertelmann made some key choices for this film in creating a memorable soundtrack (Thirty Seconds to Mars, Crosby, Stills, and Nash).

The Twentieth Century Fox production ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ tells a touching story about a young family and their dedicated dog, Enzo. If you have ever wondered what a dog may be thinking wait until you meet Enzo. You will laugh and you will cry so bring a box of tissues just in case!

I give this film 7/10 stars
